These Terms are governed by the laws of India (Gujarat jurisdiction), excluding conflict of law rules.

European Union (EU) Users: If you are an EU resident, you will benefit from any mandatory protections of the laws in your country of residence.
United States Users: You confirm that you are not located in any country subject to a U.S. government embargo or listed as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. government restricted party list.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
Waiver: The failure to enforce a right or obligation under these Terms does not waive the ability to enforce it later.

If these Terms are translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in case of disputes.

Boltzy reserves the right to update or replace these Terms at any time.

If a material change is made, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect.
Continued use of the Service after updates means You accept the revised Terms.
